Changing EAD to H1B

If EAD is used to change jobs, can I go back to a H1B?

For example, if someone has an EAD from i-485 (it has been over six months since the filing) in which they have an approved I-140, then an EAD is used from changing from Company A to Company B.

Company A will have an H1B approval but there won't be an H1B approval through Company B at the time you join the job.

After I join the job, can I change my EAd to an H1B? Meaning can I apply for an H1B approval after I join Company B on an EAD?

This is not a possibility in the United States. You will have to apply for a new H1B abroad after your employer receives an approved H1B petition for you.
