My Wife applied L2 EAD Extension and H1B(Change of Status) ,both got approved
H1B Start Date - 1st Oct 2013
L2 Start Date - 8th Oct 2013
Which Visa does she hold currently L2 or H1B?
If L2 ,what are the ways to change back to H1B?
How much it cost for H1B Amendment from L2 to H1B?
One more thing L1 has also applied H1B and it would be approved in 2-3 week? which mean Wife Visa ,If L2 ,would be invalid .What are the ways to fast go back to H1B?
