Have H1b from company1, changing company without sponsorship and impact of it on my h1b

Question

My H1b is still active from company1 where I am no longer working. When my h1b was filed I was working for company2 and still working there now. In this situation, is it possible to change from Company2 to 3 while I am in India?

Will that impact my h1b status in any way?

If you want to keep the validity of h1b, then once it is approved, you better go to Company1.
