My employer moved to a new location after they filed my h1b transfer as I work for an IT consultancy from past 6.4 years. Now I need to send the address change to USCIS.
ALso, for the last 3 month's pay slips, can I give payslip when I am out of USA?

Along with all this, I am trying to pursue my education evaluation. Right now I am not in USA.

Question is -
Does this situation process with normal RFE or is it some special case?

What are the denial chances?

Your employer should have to respond to the RFE, and provide all the evidence. You can discuss this with your employer's immigration attorney since they will have all the relevant facts including access to a copy of RFE.
