I am having L2 visa which is valid until 15th May 2015. My new H1b petition is going to be valid from Oct 1st 2013, to Sept 14th.
My husband has a L1 visa valid till 15th May and his h1b petition is valid from Oct 1st 2013 to Sept 30-2016.
Do we need to do something to activate our visa? or is it going to be active by itself?
