Please advise on my Situation;
I had a valid Visa and petition with Employer A until April 2015; Changed Jobs in August 2013 and the Petition approved by Employer B is only Until August 2014; Planning to go on Vaccation Around August 2014;
Questions:
1. Is my Visa with Employer A (dated until April 2015) still valid?
2. Would I require a stamping while i travel for about 3 weeks in August 2014?
3. Would it be ok just to get a new petition extended beyond August 2013 and Travel back to US , since I have my Visa dated until April 2015?
