We recently had family issues brought up in the court. My husband has filed that he was unpaid on h1b for 7 months to avoid child support. Will that really happen?
Will the person go out of status if he is not getting paid for 7 months? Is there a treaty with his employer that he will get paid after a year as a lumpsum?

Would he be lieing to the court to manipulate the case proceedings?
I feel this could be a fraud, can you please guide me?

Loss of status is possible. I am not really sure if employer can pay a whole lumpsum togther after 1 year of service. You can bring this up to your advocate.

It is a crime to cheat the court by giving a false testimony.

Speak to your advocate and take legal actions.
