My finance is on H1b visa in USA and I am planning to marry her here. I am aware of applying spouse visa if she is outside of USA, but not really aware of how exactly it works inside USA. Does she still have to leave US and stop working here when she is waiting for the status change?
Also, her H1b renewal is under review, so should we or not go ahead with the marriage now?
