Applying multiple H1b petition

My h1b visa was applied by employer1 and transfer was initiated by employer2 on Aug 8th through Premium processing.
Another transfer was initiated by employer3 On Aug9th on regular (not premium).
Now that I have joined employer3, will I have any issues with my approval?

You are allowed to apply multiple petitions without issues.
However, check for merits of each of these applications, you need to know that, it might be questioned.
