I got my H1 Petition Approved in 2006 for 3 years (2006 -2009) . I havent used this petition (NO Stamping , No Travel to US).
I got my H4 VISA in November 2012 and came to US in 2013 Feb .
Now i have an employer , who is willing to file a H1B for me .Is it possible for me to use my previous petition for the CAP Exempt.?
Please advise .
