Am I eligible for H1b if I have a BA from non-USA and AA from USA?

I have completed my BA in English for International Communication outside USA and AA in Business management in USA and currently working on OPT. The company owner is ready to sponsor my visa and move me to a different location with promotion as he thinks I have the required business skills as well as have soft skills.

Am I eligible for H1B?

It really depends if your new job qualifies H1b criteria. It is definitely worth try if your Bachelor's degree is related to the normal duties of speciality education. Besides this, you must also be paid a minimum wage which qualifies the employment.
