Can domestic violence case affect h1b transfer?

I have been working for CompanyA where my H1B petition was approved effective from October. I am planning to change to CompanyB and they are planning to initiate H1B transfer after October 15fh.

My concern is, will my H1b transfer be initiated if I have a domestic violence case (Misdemeanor)?

I am sure if you have domestic violence cases such as Misdemeanor, it will seriously affect your H1b transfer. In fact you should talk to an immigration attorney and seek their guidence.
