I got charged with misd 242 243e as I was arrested on felony 273.5.
Trial case was set and then dismissed. There wasnt conviction or anything.
I later traveled to Delhi, India and got my h1b stamped as my renewal was due.

Is there a possibility that i will get 221g, if i carry out all court certified copies. Can a US immigration lawyer help me when I am stuck in India or will he be able to expedite the process?

No US lawyer can't do anything while you are in India waiting for a waiver approval.
