I got RFE for my h1b application but was rejected in July. Employer is filing appeal and said it is time consuming to get response from them.
I do not have job right now so looking for non-profit organizations that are h1b cap exempt and looks like I might land a job with them.
Will the appeal affect new h1b that will be filed by new employer?
What will happen to appeal that was previously filed?
