Hi,
I got my H1B stamped this March. I haven't travelled to the US yet. I am now looking for better job oppurtunities with employers in India. However, I do not want to waste my H1B visa. Most of the employers in India are not ready for a H1 transfer. And most of the US employers that I have checked with require me to have travelled to US once to offer me a job there along with H!B transfer.
My question is, if I leave my current employer, will my visa get cancelled immediately or do I have some kind of buffer time to find another employer that will be ready to get my H1B transferred??
