i came to usa on h4 visa, and applied for h1b and got it approved oct 9th ,i couldnot join the company for some reasons and employer took a letter stating leave and i want to know if i am out of status ?
can i come back to h4 ?
do my employer has to revoke my h1b to go out of status ?
if i am out of status can my employer put me back on to h4 by revoking h1b ?
