My husband's H1b starts from October and he is currently on F1 OPT. Right now I am on my own H1b but planning on leaving my job and change to h4 visa.
When will i be eligible to file h4 application?
When the status is pending, will I be able to keep up my H1b until October to legally stay in this country?
I heard that I am legal while pending, is that true?
We both are in US right now.
