H1B extension status

My H1B visa extension was filed on 20th of July in Non premium and the status is still in "Initial Review" status. Could you please tell me approx. when i would get a response as i have a vacation plan to india in December 1st week.

Usually it would take 2-3 months if you apply in non premium. You should definitely get it before your vacation. No worries.
