Lost my original H1B Approval Notice (I797A ) with I-94 attached to it. Should I complete both I-824 and I-102. Can I as an applicant do it or should an employer file this. My H1b visa expires 9/30/2014 and will be aplying for renewal sometime in June. In the meantime I would like to go to visa stamping. I have photocopies of both documents, do I need originals for stamping and/ or H1B extension? Please advise.
