Is it possible to get a fresh H1B for another 6 years which is not tied up to my I-140/I-485?

I want to get a fresh H1B for 6 years which is not tied up with I-140/I-485. I am an engineering student and going to complete my MBA. I want to move to consulting which will probably not be a similar job for USCIS. Is it possible to get a fresh H1B for another 6 years atleast?

To get a fresh 6 years H1B you must be outside US for atleast one year after which you shall be eligible for the cap.
