I recently got married with a US citizen and unfortunately we had filed for a divorce. We got the final judgement a few days back. I will have single status this month ending. My employer has already applied for a PREM labor certification (as I had not changed my status). I will travel India for H1B stamping this month ending. Will this divorce have any adverse effect on my H1B?
