Holding H1B part time, can I continue working full time?

I hold a valid H1B part time. I lost my full time H1B recently. Can I continue working part time with H1B legally? Can I apply ful time H1B simultaniously in a month's time? Will my H1B get approved? Are there any time lines whithin which I need to apply for my full time H1B?

You can apply for H1B any time when you are holding a current H1B without hampering legal staus.
