Employeer refuse to give approve H1B petition document to employee.
Could you please tell me any alternative?
I am in L1A visa and other company ready to do H1B visa . Now they are refused to give petition though they promised to give.
If you did not file for change of status, then you would need to have the approval notice from your employer in order to get your visa from the US consulate in your home country.
