Previously approved h1b is revoked, can old h1b be reinstated?

My h1b was from previous employer who revoked it in March. Later, I applied for F1 visa and got an RFE.
I have submitted all details for RFE but I am not sure if they accept it since I didnt have complete pay slips.

I want to go back to h1b. Will my current employer or new employer reinstate my h1b process?

A new petition will need to be filed and you will need to go home and apply for an H-1B visa stamp AFTER the petition is approved.
