Dear Sir/Madam,
I have done my masters in US and passed out in Dec 2007. My H1B got approved in Oct 2008 and was valid until Aug 2011. I came to India in May 2009 and attended visa interview in June 2009 and got 221g which was not supported by my employer. So, I got stuck in India. Now, I am looking out for opportunities in USA. Am I eligible to file for H1B under CAP exemption or do I need to wait until April to file for new H1B?
