Hi,
I had H1B visa stamped and got expired in May, 2010. I never travelled using that visa since its approval/visa stamping from Apr, 2007.
Am I eligible for CAP EXEMPT in 2016 ? Will I be able to pursue a job in US using this expired/unused H1B.
Please let me know.
