I have been working (full time job) for the same company since 2007. My Visa expired in sep 2013. Converted H1 to F1. Got i140 approved in December. H1 extension based on i140 approved recently. I'm continuining my studies.
Would like to go to Chennai, India for stamping. My Attorney is advising me to go to Canada since it's risky in India. Few of my friends advising me to go to Jamaica. If I get 221g in either locations, it will be bad.
Looking for expert opinion in my case.
