Company2 offered me on 16th april. Same day i have resigned company1 and they accepted resignation without asking for notice period.
Company2 is asking me to leave USA as they need more time to process h1b transfer.
I am in INdia now and company2 hasn't started my process yet. Now they are not even responding to calls or emails. What should I do now?
