My first visa was in Nov 2005 and came to USA on same H1 on 2008 Jun and had been here till Nov 2008 . During this stay in USA, my employer applied for extension. After going back to India, I stamped my H1 b and it was valid till Apr 2011 but I did not visit USA after this stamping. As I left the comany, the same 2nd extended visa got cancellled by my employer in Jun 2010.
After A gap I am in USA on H4 from June 2012 . Can I renew my old H1 B now?Whatis the process? how much time it will take to renew? Will my renewal use existing quota or I have to wait till Apr 2014? When can I start work?
