H1b with COS withdraw approved and can I remain on L1b?

Question

I am working for company1 with L1b visa. Now company2 filed my h1b and got approved.
So I am still continuing with L1b visa. I asked company2 to revoke my petition.

1. Will that be enough to keep valid status on L1b?
2. Company2 sent withdrawal request to USCIS and it might take 2 weeks to process revocation request.
Is there any problem if I get confirmation and the date overlaps?
Is there a way to check if i am still in status after Oct 1st?

Will the attorney be able to assit me to get back my L1b status if I go out of status?

1. you cant keep valid status

2. Starting from Oct 1 your status automatically changes to H-1B.

3. either try finding a job with h1b or leave US

Keep checking with your employer's attorny for the status. you cant check it online
