I have H1b from 2 employers and can I tranfer from F1 to h1 from October

My h1b got approved for employer1 and found employer2 just filed new h1b last friday. Now, employerb is pending
1. should i work for employer1
2. should i work for employer2
3. should i go to school changing h1b to f1?

Start working for your 1st employer to activate the H1b then transfer h1b
