Vacation day during h1b and 7th year h1b extension case issues

I have been granted approval for my vacation recapture days and havent considered for 7th extension request requested in the same petition.
What options do I have now?
can I File mTR in my 7th year extension?
or can I transfer h1b and file extension based on the pending PERM with current employer?
Can I continue staying?
