My H1 was filled with Company A. I switched from Company A to Company B and Company B initiated the transfer in May 2013 under regular process. I also received the EAC number. Still the transfer is in Initial Review status. Now i would like to switch from Company B to Company C. Company C is willing to transfer my H1 under premium processing. I have 5 questions.
1. In This scenario, can i swith from Company B to Company C?
2. Should i transfer my H1 from Company A to Company C or from Company B to Company C.
3. Will Company B be intimated that i have transferred my H1 from Company A to Company C?
4. What will happen if my H1 gets transferred to Company C before the transfer to Company B?
5. Are there any risks involved?
