Hi,
My employer has applied for H1B extension and its pending with USCIS. My visa is expiring on Feb 10th 2016 and I94 on July 6th 2016.In this situation is it safe to change employer and apply H1b tranfer through new company.
Someone suggested that since my I94 is valid till July 2016 so i can change employer even though visa is expiring on Feb 10th 2016.
Please advice. Thanks
