Is it possible to open restaurant if husband is on H1 and wife on f1

I am on h1b and my wife is on f1 visa and will get her MBA next year. We are planning to open a restaurant when she graduates.

Will she be able to do that on OPT? Do we need any other visa for this?
How long can we stay in US if we can run the restaurant?

Your wife can open a restaurant but "running it" from within the US or working for the restaurant would be unathorized on F-1 status without anything extra. An OPT would be a good start assuming that the business is related to her studies. You will not be able to work for that company part-time based on the H-1 that you have.
