H1b visa with DS 160 traffic charges enforced

Question

I have been charged with 2 offenses in Ohio State

1) Driving without License

2) Driving Left of Center. I have paid fine in court. No finger prints taken. Both charges are at my first offense only. I am trying to attend H1b Visa interview, and i am filling DS-160 application.

There is a question "are you charged with/arrested with any criminal offence..... " in that application.

What should i answer for this question?
