Previous h1b company not paying sales commission from 2 months

Question

I have changed job and previous employer is not ready to pay 2 months sales commissions stating they have changed the company policy to not pay for june-july 2013.

They never mentioned this to me when I joined or quit. The amount is around $20K.
What options do I have?

Contact a labor lawyer if you were paid the amount listed on the LCA, or more, during that period, this is not an immigration question.
