I have an H4 visa and trying to convert to h1b. I got another job right now and new employer is trying to do the h1b transfer.
Should I need my husband's paystubs? He is avoiding to share this info with me though.
Since I have got h1b approval, not sure why they need the pay stubs of my husband
How does it affect if I do not submit those?
