My mom's B2 visa is expiring and I want to apply for an extension. I can sponsor her. But my H1b is going to expire in Nov and my company has already filed for an extension for my h1b, but it is in pending status now.
If i stay for 240 days, then my stay is legal and my application is pending. In form I-134 they ask for i-94 record which shows 10/10. Will my mom's b2 extension be rejected or approved?
Are there any solutions?
