H1b transfer and revoke

Question

I work for company1 and have offer with company2 who is willing to file h1b for me through normal processing. I also plan to start with company2 as I am getting the reciept now.

1. If my current employer will revoke visa, then will that affect me in any way during the transfer?

2. What options do i have to maintain legal status

 If your new H-1B transfer petition is filed and pending,then a simple withdrawal by the the employer1 does not have any impact.
