I work for company1 and have offer with company2 who is willing to file h1b transfer through normal processing. I am planning to join company2 as soon as I get the reciept from USCIS.

1. If company1 revokes my h1b during this time, will the h1b transfer affect in any way?
How can I maintain legal status in this case?

2. Where would i stand if my h1b is denied for company2? Will i be able to transfer it to any other new company3?

3. Since it take 4 months for normal processing and h1B approval, will I be allowed to tranfer to company3 before we get to know what status for h1b transfer.

If you are skeptical about your employer1, then you should go for premium processing, suggest this to your company2 please.
