I work for company A and planning to start working with employer B. Employer B will be filling an H1 transfer in "Normal Processing".
If my current employer A reworks/ withdraws my H1 during H1 transfer process by employer B, will this affect me or H1 transfer in any case? How will I be able to maintain legal H1 status?
Will I be able to apply transfer with employer C if my H1 Transfer is denied by USCIS?
Moreover, before i get a decision to H1 transfer (which can take upto 4 months for approval), am I allowed to transfer with employer C?
