I am working on l1b with an extension which is in RFE stage and planning to file h1b after this is approved with a company.
Is there a way to plan if I get h1b next year and can I get a 6 year h1b visa later?
I came to US and stayed for just 23 months. My l1b visa date was valid from 2010 - 2013.
1. can my stay time be clubed with l1b and h1b later?
2. I plan to go before Oct 1st 2013, so I can make 365 days gap for next year h1b, is that going to reset automatically?
3. I am really not sure about next year h1-b that I am planning to leave US in November after responding to L1b extended RFE. If I leave USA and come back to h1b, what is the max time it would reset?
