Changing h1b when I am on CAP-GAP

Question

My h1b was approved for employer1 but I got a new offer and i want to move before my start date.
New employer2 is ready for h1b transfer before October 2013.
Current work status is OPT/CAP-GAP. My new employer is concerned about the name in CAP/GAP

Questions -
1. Can I change my employer name on my CAP-GAP I-20
2. Is it mandatory to change employer name after new employee applies for h1b transfer
3. or should i change after h1b is approved?
