Change of address when on H1b amendment petition is pending

Question

H1b amendment was filed by my employer and my job location was changed, so my amendment is still pending. Question is - will this be  a probelm for me to change my home address while the case is still pending with USCIS? USCIS will need to communicate with the employer so the home address will not be an issue.

i-797 has my employer's address. Should I still file address change?

Yes offcourse, You should still file change of address from AR-11 because the adress changed as the application was filed, which would have included your previous address.
