My h1b is about to expire. Employer is trying to file an extension, not yet done.
So I think my h1b expires soon. The lawyer assures my work permit can be extended upto 240 dasy more after h1b expires.
I am a DV selectee as per Sept visa bullentin and have a case number coming in Octobeer.
Will i be able to file AOS during the pending H1b approval time?
Will the automatic extension of work authorization imply anything about my status and validity of AOS submission?
