Since my client changed, my employer has filed h1b amendment. However, the project lasts only till December 2013. Attorney requested validity period to be extended till November 2014 based on I-94 and i-797. Also, it was mentioned in the amendment that my company will be filing amendments for any future projects.
For this, uSCIS has sent RFE requesting for more documentation for h1b amendment beyond client project date.
Can I request USCIS to grant an amendment valid until project end date?
Can some one tell me what is the best way to resolve this issue, how do i tackle it?
