I work on H1b and we have built a product with a group of friends. Some investors are willing to form a corporation.
How do I handle Intellectual property of my company when I am still employee of this company on H1b visa?

You can't work for anyone else on this H1b visa and that includes working for yourself too. If you do, you are violating visa rules and might have to face severe consequences.
