Transfering h1b from profit to non-profit organization

I work for profit based organization with h1b visa and got an offer from non-profit organization right now.
How will I be able to do a h1b-transfer between old and new jobs?
Will I get h1b cap-exempt?

If you already have an H1b, you are not subject to the cap.
