My h1b is approved and I went to a university in Canada. Now i am planning to change my job and want to know if my 2 year old transcript evaluation for filing h1b can be used again?
I do have a copy of it from the lawyer who evaluated it first hand. Is this allowed or does the evaluation get expired after certain months?
